We recently completed the refurbishment of a residential flat for letting on the commercial market on behalf of a London Estate where quality and timely delivery are everything.

Completed in 2013 this development was built on the site of an old public house in a residential zone. The scheme comprises 9 sustainable apartments, that reduce demand within the living spaces and increases energy performance.

With this development in one of Londons most sort after areas, contemporary designs with a classical bias and of the highest quality were required. The development boasted under floor heating and integral AV installations to all of the 8 apartments including 2 luxury ground and lower ground floor duplexes.
This site comprises a listed building set within its own grounds. The development has seen the original building converted into seven 2-bedroomed apartments; three at ground floor level and two on each of the upper floors, with a new terrace of five, three bedroom town houses taking references from the existing building.
